Centre. Erie Otters. DYLAN STROME. 3. As impressive as Connor McDavid has been over the first 6 games he’s not alone in his extreme point production and remarkably the person tied with him is teammate Dylan Strome who is also hoping to climb up the 2015 draft board. In the same 6 games, Strome also has 18 points. Right now both Strome and McDavid are on pace for 218 points if they play a full season and while they’ll likely fall short of that mark, the two of them are really hot right now. Every time Strome touches the puck it appears to find the back of the net, either off his stick or off one of his tremendous passess.

With all eyes on McDavid and Jack Eichel, Strome doesn’t always get the credit he deserves for being a very talented young player in his own right. He’s keeping pace with McDavid and could rival him for best in the OHL this season.
