Memorial Cup Top 5 Performers

1. Henrik Samuelsson- Edmonton Oil Kings

Obviously the championships team is going to have a few players in the top 5 from the tournament, how else would they have won? Henrik Samuelsson is a player who easily could have been named MVP of the tournament after his impressive showing. He finished the tournament with 4 goals and 4 assists for 8 points, finishing as the leading scorer of the entire tournament. Samuelsson was one of the Oil Kings most dominate scorers all tournament long, after an impressive 95 point regular season campaign. He netted two goals and had 5 points in the Oil Kings 6-3 championship game, talk about an MVP!
