Frozen Four Final Four Team Preview

Union will be taking on Boston College tomorrow in a single-game elimination and they will look to play spoiler for Boston College. While Union will be facing off against a power-house squad, they are far from underdogs themselves. They’re the reigning ECAC Hockey Regular Season and Tournament Champions and finished with a very impressive record 30-6-4.

The Dutchman are lacing it up for second third Frozen Four in three years and if not taken seriously can easily pull of an upset with their speed and skill. The Dutchman have incredible team speed and depth, they’ll rely heavily on defenceman Shayne Gostisbehere and forward Daniel Carr to carry the offence.

They’re not the most skilled team in the tournament, but their depth and ability to dress four second lines can be deadly. Their goaltending has been adequate with Colin Stevens, but can it get the job done when the pressures on?
