2015 NHL Draft: #1 Connor McDavid to Edmonton Oilers

The Edmonton Oilers have selected Connor McDavid with the 1st overall selection in the NHL Draft.

Surprising right?

Connor McDavid is now officially an Edmonton Oiler. After it looked like he could’ve gone to the Buffalo Sabres or Arizona Coyotes, the Oilers won the NHL Draft Lottery and have selected “The Frozen One”.

McDavid has impressed all of his followers since he was playing with the Toronto Marlboros. He has incredible speed, a hockey IQ like no other and can make anyone look silly by using his hands and quick feet.

McDavid is a generational talent and that has been known for ages. So now I take you back to how McDavid got here.
