The Nashville Predators have signed goaltender Juuse Saros, the team announced Tuesday. The Finnish native was selected in the 4th round, 99th overall, by the Nashville Predators in the 2013 NHL Draft.

If you do not remember, Juuse Saros is the goalie from Finland’s World Junior team that stood on his head during the 2013-2014 tournament. Saros accumulated a save percentage of .943 and a goals against average of 1.57 in a 6 game span.

Last season Saros played in Liiga for HPK where he finished the year with a 2.14 GAA and a .929 SV%.

Juuse Saros will now join the AHL’s Milwaukee Admirals, the Predators’ AHL affiliate. Nashville now has their NHL and AHL goaltending situation under control.
