Blackhawks Close To Signing KHL Forward?

According to CBC’s Elliotte Friedman, the Chicago Blackhawks are in pursuit of forward Artem Panarin of the St. Petersburg team in the Kontinental Hockey League.
The 23 year old has been a journeyman in the KHL, having played for three teams as a young pro. He’s played in 263 games, has 76-105-181 totals in nine seasons in the league. The 2014-15 season was his best as he appeared in 54 games while contributing 26-36-62 totals.
