You can’t forget about those goaltenders! John Gibson is one of two rookie goalies who could have big seasons’ between the pipes. The other is Jake Allen. However, Gibson has the best opportunity to become a number one netminder with the Anaheim Ducks. Gibson had dreams of being the starter this season, but a shaky start has left him riding pine in favour of Frederik Andersen.
Both Ducks netminders will get their share of starts this season until one of them is able to step up to the plate and carry the torch. For now the Ducks will rely on their offence to carry the load.
