As you currently read this of Friday October the 24th, Pearson is leading the rookie scoring race with 7 points. Now Pearson did play a strong role in the Los Angeles Kings Stanley Cup run last spring but still counts as a rookie. With the depth the Kigns have in their offence, it’s not hard to see why Pearson is doing so well. The Kings know how to develop prospects.
