As the top pick in the OHL priority draft two years ago, the highly skilled forward is looking to make a big splash in his second season with the Ottawa 67’s. In the OHL this year is supposed to be the Connor McDavid show, but Travis Konecny isn’t going to stand by and fall by the wayside.
He’s projected to go inside the 20 at worst in the 2015 draft, but Konecny wants to show he’s got the skill to be a top pick and compete with the likes of McDavid.
