Buffalo Sabres 3 Draft Pick Options

Draisaitl is perhaps the darkhorse of the top 10 ranked NHL prospects available for draft in June. He had a rough year at times which hurt his stock, however, his offence is on par with both the Sam’s that sit ahead of him in the draft rankings. He’s made a name for himself with his impressive year in the WHL and could easily be drafted in the top 5.

The most impressive aspect of Draisaitl’s game is his nose around the net, quick release and his ability to forecheck. Despite not being the fastest skater, he moves well and can also play wing if necessary and the Sabres are extremely weak on the wing.
