1. Anthony Mantha- Val d’Or Foreurs 

You’d be hard pressed to find a better junior hockey player from last season than Anthony Mantha. Mantha had a stellar season and came up big when his team needed him to help solidify the QMJHL championship. During the regular season Mantha recored 120 points in 57 games, following that up with an impressive 38 points in 24 games.

There is already talk Mantha could find a permanent home with the Red Wings next season and some are even going as far as stating he will be the next great Red Wing. He’s still young and has lots of time to develop into the NHL player he will be, however as of now, Mantha looks like a stellar player.
