Next up for the Flyers is Frozen Four champion Shayne Gostisbehere from Union college. The defenceman had a huge season with Union and helped lead them to their first national title and earned himself a contract with the Flyers. In 42 games with Union, Gostisbehere recorded 34 points.

Gostisbehere needs to add a little more muscle to his game to aid him in his own end when protecting the puck, however his two game stint in the AHL post NCAA season, showed he has a very bright future. He has very strong offencive skills and is an electrifying player. Expect Gostisbehere to challenge for a spot with the Flyers, however, will likely end up in the AHL.
