Toronto Marlies Vs. Milwaukee Admirals

The Admirals are quite happy facing the Marlies in the first round after taking both matches against the Marlies this season. They’ve won 7 of their last 9 games in April scoring at least 3 goals in 6 of those games. The Admirals can play and score goals in buckets. The Admirals are a quick and strong team with stellar goaltending from Marek Mazanec. They cause lots of turnovers and can be a nightmare for opponents.

The Toronto Marlies have been a fantastic team the last few season’s. The Toronto Maple Leafs have dome something right with their AHL team. The Marlies have the leagues best defenceman in TJ Brennan who recorded 72 points this season. The Marlies took home the North Division title in the Western Conference, finishing 11 points ahead of anyone else. Spencer Abbott and Sam Carrick had stellar offencive seasons for the Marlies and are a big reason for their success.
