Frozen Four Final Four Team Preview

Of the final four teams left in the frozen four, North Dakota is the biggest surprise. They are the true underdogs in this years tournaments having barely snuck in. North Dakota battled hard all tournament and found a way into the final four and now their ready to prove it wasn’t a fluke.

They are led up front by forward Rocco Grimaldi and Michael Parks, however, if they have any hope of upsetting Minnesota they’ll need a strong goaltender performance from Zane Gothberg. Gothberg has been the backbone of North Dakota throughout the Frozen Four tournament and will need to come up big one more time to make the final two.

Their defence can get the job done when called upon but their offence is a big question mark and has been a no-show so far in this tournament. Grimaldi and the offence will need to post a big showing alongside Gothberg and we could be in for an excited match-up with Minnesota.
