The last time these two teams met in April the Devils defeated the Bruins 4-2 with Tim Sestito netting the game-winning goal. Last season the Devils were able to provide a four game sweep against the Bruins, a statistic the Bruins are looking to change tonight as they host them at the Dunk tonight at 7:05PM ET.

Currently the Devils are ranked fifth in the Northeast Division with 5 points and the Bruins sit in fifth in the Atlantic with 6 points.  The Bruins are looking to create a winning streak after a shutout win last weekend against the IceCaps.

Tonight goaltender Michael Hutchinson is expected to be in net for the Bruins and is looking to create a winning record for the month of November after ending October 0-4-0 with a 3.75 goals-against average and .838 save percentage.

The Bruins will once again be without forwardsJared Knight and Trent Whitfield who are each battling with injuries.  For the Devils defenseman Alexander Urbom will make his debut after missing five-games with an upper-body injury.

Who’s Hot…

As always keep your eyes on Maxime SauveRyan Spooner and Chris Bourque.  The main men and heart of the Providence Bruins club. Each player has six points a piece, Sauve leading the pack with four goals and two assists.

For the Devils it will be Alexander Urbom making himself known on the defensive end of things, along with Jacob Josefson who has 4 goals and 2 assists, leading the Devils.

Tonight’s game can be watched on AHL Live for a small fee or listened to online at 104.5 “The Team” ESPN Radio.
