USHL Classic Coming Soon

Watch out, Sioux City – there’s lots of hockey headed your way, as the 2012 USHL Fall Classic will be hosted by Sioux City and the Muskeeters from September 19 till September 22.

A total of 24 games will be played during the Classic, held at the Tyson Events Center and IBP Ice Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Each of the 16 teams in the USHL will participate in three preseason games each.

It all kicks off on September 19 at 1 p.m., as the Des Moines Buccaneers take on the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders, and wraps up on the 19th with a 7 p.m. match-up of the home team Muskeeters and the Omaha Lancers.

The daily breakdown is as follows:

– September 19: five games (1, 2, 4, 6, 7 p.m.)

– September 20: seven games (two games at 10 a.m., plus one each at 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 p.m.)

– September 21: seven games (9:30 a.m., 10 a.m., 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 p.m.)

– September 22: five games (10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1, 4, 7 p.m.)
