North Dakota 7, Colorado College 6: Both teams played their starter and their backup, and Brad Eidsness was the only of the four to not give up a goal. Rylan Schwartz had a hat trick for Colorado College and Brock Nelson and Danny Kristo each had two goals for the Sioux.
Michigan State 4, Minnesota 3: The Gophers outshot the Spartans by 20 but Drew Palmisano made 40 saves for the Spartans. Nick Bjugstad had his 14th and 15th goals of the season for the Gophers.
RPI 2, RIT 0: Scott Diebold stopped all 25 Tiger shots and RPI got goals from Nick Bailen and Ryan Haggerty to give RPI a shutout in front of a sellout crowd.
Northeastern 4, Michigan 1: Michigan scored just under 8 minutes into the game but that’s all they would get. Cody Ferriero scored two goals to give the Huskies a big upset win. Chris Rawlings made 33 saves.
