Colgate 3, Miami 2: Colgate outshot Miami 40-22 and Austin Mayer got his 1st goal of the season in overtime to win it for Colgate. Reilly Smith had his 4th goal of the year in the loss.

Boston College 5, New Hampshire 1: New Hampshire outshot BC 40-25 (though to be fair a big part of that is probably score effects) but Parker Milner stood tall in net for the Eagles. Brian Dumoulin had his first goal of the year in the win and Chris Kreider also scored for the Eagles.

BU 4, Denver 3: The Pioneers saw their third period comeback come short as BU moved to 2-1 on the year. Corey Trvino and Matt Nieto had shorthanded goals less than a minute apart in the 2nd period.

Ohio State 4, Notre Dame 3: The Buckeyes shut down the Joyce Center by downing the hosts, as Cal Heeter made 25 saves. Notre Dame had three third period goals, including Anders Lee’s 5th of the year, but it wasn’t enough and Notre Dame fell to 2-2 on the year.

Minnesota 5, Minnesota-Duluth 4: The Gophers went 3-3 on the power play and won despite being outshot 50-16. Jack Connolly and JT Brown scored for the Bulldogs but Nate Condon and his two goals helped the Gophers move to 4-0.
