Duluth star Justin Fontaine has signed an entry level deal with the Minnesota Wild. He will get a 90,000 signing bonus, and an NHL salary of 550,000, and 60,000 in the minors.
Fontaine was 7th in the country in points per game with 1.38, and he was second on Duluth with 22 goals. He is the first Bulldog to average a point per game for an entire four year career since Mike Peluso did it in the early 90s.
