Notre Dame 4, Merrimack 3: Merrimack took a 3-1 lead early in the second, but the Irish roared back on the back of two goals by Anders Lee, including the game winner, to advance to tomorrow’s regional final in Manchester.

New Hampshire 3, Miami 1: New Hampshire advanced to the regional final for their second straight year with two goals from Kevin Goumas and one from Mike Sislo. Matt DiGirolamo had 21 saves in the game. Andy Miele was held scoreless for Miami and Carter Camper had only an assist.

North Dakota 6, RPI 0: Aaron Dell had a 21 save shutout and the Sioux got two goals from Brad Malone. Matt Frattin had his national leading 36th goal in the win.

Denver 3, Western Michigan 2: Down 2-0 early in the third, the Pioneers scored twice in the final 5 minutes to push it to overtime. Then in the 2nd OT Jason Zucker scored off his own rebound to get Denver to the regional final.

Michigan 2, Colorado College 1: Shawn Hunwick made 21 saves and Scooter Vaughan had his 13th goal of the year to get Michigan to the Frozen Four.

Minnesota-Duluth 5, Yale 3: Though Yale outshot the Duluth, Duluth eeeked out a win behind 30 saves from Kenny Reiter, who probably has roughly as many 30 save games as I do this year. But I digress. Mike Connolly, Jack Connolly and Justin Fontaine each scored for Duluth, and Brian O’Neill, Broc Little and Denny Kearney all scored for Yale.
