Boston College 4, New Hampshire 0: Boston College moved a step closer to the Hockey East title, defeating the Wildcats 4-0. Cam Atkinson had two goals and the BC defense forced John Muse to make only 12 saves. The only bad news for the Eagles was that Sophomore Chris Kreider suffered a broken jaw and is out indefinitely. BC has a deep group of forwards but that is a lot to replace.
North Dakota 6, Michigan Tech 1: The Sioux clinched the WCHA regular season title outright as Matt Frattin had a goal and two assists. The Sioux outshot the Huskies 45-19.
Minnesota Duluth 4, Nebraska-Omaha 1: Travis Oleksuk had two goals and Justin Faulk one as Duluth is now tied with Denver for 2nd in the WCHA.
Harvard 2, Clarkson 1: Danny and Michael Biega each scored for the Crimson as they took a 1-0 lead in their playoff series. Ryan Carroll had 32 saves for Harvard.
Lake State 4, Ohio State 0: Kevin Kapalka had a performance for the ages, stopping all 48 shots. Colin Campbell had 2 assists and Dan Radke and Kellan Lain each scored their 3rd goals of the year.
