Notre Dame 3, Northern Michigan 1: TJ Tynan had a goal and an assist and Anders Lee had two assists for the Irish, and they held Northern Michigan to just 17 total shots.
Ohio State 5, Miami 2: The Buckeyes moved into 4th, with two games in hand over everyone, with a surprising sweep over Miami. The RedHawks slipped to 4th with the loss. Cal Heeter had 23 saves in the win, and John Albert had a multigoal game as Ohio State scored 5 unanswered goals to end it.
Yale 4, Harvard 2: Under the specter of possible NCAA rules violations, Yale downed their biggest rival behind goals by Kenny Agostino, Chris Cahill, Brendan Mason and Chad Ziegler. Danny Biega had two in the loss for the Crimson, who are now 11th in ECAC Hockey
Boston College 3, Providence 1: Brian Dumoulin scored his first goal of the season, and Chris Kreider his 7th as the WJCers had nice nights for the Eagles. They were even in shots, but John Muse made 33 saves in the win.
North Dakota 2, Robert Morris 1: Robert Morris outshot the Sioux 17-5 in the third period, but were still outshot for the game as Matt Frattin scored his 20th of the year and Danny Kristo added his 3rd of the season. Aaron Dell’s shutout streak was snapped at 224 minutes and 31 seconds, the second longest in school history.
