Nelson, Morin Out vs. Slovakia

According to Yahoo! Canada’s Sunaya Sapurji, Brock Nelson and Jeremy Morin will not play today as the US takes on Slovakia. US head coach Keith Allain would not elaborate on when the two will be back and ready to play again. Fortunately the rest of the US pool is fairly week, so I don’t forsee too many problems, but this does create a bit of a numbers crunch for the Americans obviously.
The US takes on Slovakia tonight at 8 ET, and then gets Wednesday off before playing Germany on Thursday.
