Quinnipiac 3, Union 2: In the longest game in college hockey history, Quinnipiac defeated Union 3-2 in 5 OT. The game lasted 150 mins, 22 seconds. Sophomore goalie Dan Clarke had 73 saves for the Bobcats in the win. They get at it in about 18 hours. Good luck fellas.

North Dakota 6, Minnesota 0: Brad Eidsness stopped all 27 of the shots he faced, and Matt Frattin had 2 goals. Danny Kristo scored just 99 seconds into the game, and it was all over after that.

Niagara 5, Bemidji State 4: Either Alabama-Huntsville or Niagara will make the NCAA tournament after the Purps upset the Beavers. Tyler Gotto had 2 goals for Niagara and Chris Noonan made 32 saves. Bemidji’s NCAA bid should be revoked.

RIT 4, UConn 3: UConn scored 3 goals in the 2nd period to tie the game up and eventually send it into OT, but Chris Haltgin scored about 10 mins into OT to give RIT the win. UConn goalie Garrett Bartus was sensational in the loss, with 51 saves.

Michigan 5, Michigan State 1: Louie Caporusso scored twice, Carl Hagelin scored once and the Michigan defense allowed only 16 Spartan shots on goal. Shawn Hunwick saved 15 of them and Michigan got a huge win at Munn.

UMass Lowell 2, Maine 1: Maine scored 5 mins in, but Jeremy Dehner and Ben Holmstrom got 2 unanswered to give Lowell a huge win. Carter Hutton had 18 saves in the winning effort.
