CHN Releases Their Preseason Top 10

It’s that time of year again, when everyone everywhere will release their preseason top 10-20 lists. CHN usually has pretty good preseason lists when you look at their end of season numbers, and it looks like this one is pretty good as well. I will post USCHO and INCH’s lists when they come out.
