Tonight the Chicago Wolves take on the Rockford Ice Hogs at the AllState Arena at 7PM CT.  Tonight marks the fourth time these two teams are meeting on the season with Chicago holding a 3-0 advantage.

Chicago has won twice in their last eight games, slipping into a 19 point tie for second place in the Mid-West Division, just 3-points behind the leading Grand Rapids.

The Wolves have been in the headlines recently for all of their recent transactions with the reassigning of left wing Darren Archibald and goaltender Joe Cannata from the ECHL Kalamazoo Wings. They also recalled defenseman  Jeremie Blain and reassigned Stefan Schneider to the Wings.

The Wolves last game was Saturday against Milwaukee where they led the game through most of the third period, giving up the tying-goal late in the last frame and then losing in a shootout. Eddie Lack was able to stop 29 of the 32 shots in regulation and overtime along with 4 of 6 attempts in the shootout.
