This evening the Providence Bruins are once again taking on the St. John’s IceCaps at the Mile One Centre in hopes for another win.  Last night the two teams faced off against each other with the end result being determined by a shootout to which the Bruins won 3-2.

Last night Niklas Svedberg made 31 saves and stopped all five of the IceCaps shooters in the shootout to provide Providence with the victory.  Meanwhile in the scoring column it was Ryan Spooner lighting the lamp as he scored in regulation and got the only shootout goal against Eddie Pasquale.
